Refunds

At Restoration Golf we want you to be 100% satisfied with our products. If you aren't completely satisfied, we will refund 100% of the purchase price of the product if the product is returned to us within twenty (20) days of the date of sale. Of course, we have rules just like everyone else. Here they are:

  • The product cannot have been used, modified, or altered. In other words, return it to us in the same exact condition that we sent it to you, and we will give you your money back.
  • You, the buyer, must pay all shipping costs unless, of course, we shipped the wrong product.
  • If you do need to return a product, keep reading and follow the Return Instructions carefully.

Return Instructions

  1. You must call us or email us FIRST and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number at:
    877-651-3129 or refunds@restorationgolf.com
  2. Make a copy of your Original Sale Invoice
  3. Place a copy of the Original Sale Invoice in the original box with the unused clubs and arrange shipment. We strongly suggest that you use a service which provides tracking information (i.e.: UPS, FEDEX, DHL, USPS Priority Mail, etc.) and we suggest that you insure the product for the original purchase price.
  4. If we receive the returned product within twenty (20) days from the date of sale, we will notify you of your pending refund so that you may determine if you would like a "store credit" or a refund in the same form that the product was originally purchased.
  5. Cash refunds will be issued within seven (7) business days.

Other Important Stuff You Should Read and Understand

  • We are sorry but we cannot give you full credit if the product returned to Restoration Golf has been used or damaged. The product should arrive in the exact condition that it was sold. In these situations, we will notify you by phone or email of the corrected value.
  • We are human and make mistakes! Rarely the wrong product will be shipped. If this happens to you, please accept our apologies in advance. We will make every effort to correct the problem. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for expedited shipping charges. We will, however, pay for GROUND shipping charges if you provide us with proof of payment.
  • If the product you are returning is not returned within 20 days of the original date of sale, we will notify you of the problem and provide you with a reduced refund offer. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate you.
